3. House still not sold

Keep your chin up :) Spring is just around the corner (hopefully) and then people are more interested in buying homes. Does Neal have some time off when the baby comes? If so, just another thing to look forward too. :)
You can do it! Hang in there! Take one thing at a time. Once spring does arrive, things always look brighter! The first day of spring is next month!!! Yippee!
