I was all ready to go when Neal came home tonight....all ready in my work out clothes and shoes. I could not wait for my 30 minutes of freedom after the day I had. I DID IT yay me I ran the 5k in 27 min and 31 seconds at a 2.0 incline I'll take that :)) Really happy with that for now... I would love to run alongside Neal in July but I don't think I can do it. His best is like 25 minutes. Ohh well I will do my best.
He makes it look so easy!!
