Bummer....

Well no hard core work out for me tonight :( I did not get motivated to go running this morning when Neal was home and I tried doing Jillian tonight but my knees KILLED!!! I just could not do it so instead I did some Pilates and it felt so so good I forgot how much I liked doing Pilates. I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow. Jillian does some core workouts but nothing like Pilates....ouch :)

Boy it is really storming here right now and I get freaked out by thunder storms and Neal is not home!!! I am for sure sleeping with my babies tonight they will keep me safe...ohh wait....it should be the other way around.
