Yay....we think we sold the house. Well we have the contract earnest money and pre approval letter from the lender but we are still worried something might go wrong. It has before for us :P Things look really good right now and we hope to close on the 24th.
We also found a place to live and boy was that a decision to make....at first we were not having any luck. Tuesday night we went up to Delafield again and looked at a bunch of places, most of of which we did not like but we came across a few by accident that were very intriguing. We are settling for a cheaper place though since it is temporary and we can't justify spending so much on an apartment. It's still quite nice though 3 bedrooms 2 baths vaulted ceilings 2 car garage attached. It is on the 2nd floor though with very steep stairs, workout though hauling two kids up and down and groceries....eeekkk. Another bonus it's about a 2 minute drive from a huge outlet mall...dangerous...haha.
The boys are doing well. Conner has been a super good kid lately and little Ethan is just so sweet. Getting so much bigger already. He did get his baby acne in....poor little man. Much worst than Conner ever did....it almost looks painful. He's filling in so nicely, such a good little eater. He is having the same problem Conner did though. If I let him eat too much he will just throw everything up. So I have to be really careful not to let him over eat at one time just feed a little more often. I know I have to post some pictures but we have just been so busy going all over the place and now I really have to start packing. We want to be moved next week since Neal goes back to work on the 13th. SO that are our going ons these days. Can;t wait for things to settle down again.

That is great news on the house! It is nerve wracking, though, isin't it?!
Our boys did the same thing with the puking when they ate too much!
Cheri-yes super stressful trying to sell a house especially when you are moving so far away. I'm familiar with the whole process since I worked in that field for so many years but our biggest thing has been that something is going to go wrong with the economy the way it is. Many people are having issues securing a loan...very frustrating.
Strange about the puking thing. I wonder why they do that. Ethan did it again 2 times last night and then once this afternoon. I tried not to let him eat too much :(
