Trying to stay strong....

Another really really hard day today. This little boy is really unhappy :( I've had 20 min breaks here and there but he has not been content at all today not when I hold him and not when he is laying down. Trying to stay strong and not eat the entire container of chocolate right now!!!

It won't be like this for long :)

Speaking of chocolate....I have been sugar free for 5 whole days!!!  I can't believe it!!! My body does not want to let go of any fat though that's for sure. I have only missed one day of running in 2 1/2 weeks. I do 3 miles each day!!I watch what i eat yet that number on the scale continues to stay still....grrr. Makes me work at it that much harder though and I know I will get there I just wish it was faster I want to wear my clothes again :))

Wow - you've done great! I bet your packing on the muscle is why the scale isn't budging! I don't own a scale - its too depressing. I say toss it out the window. :)

PS I found that my tummy went away quickly its the hips that take a loooong time to go back to start position. So don't get too mad about the clothes not going on. Its probably the hips and there's nothing you can do but wait on those bad boys. :P

I always tell myself that it's all that milk that's being produced! It has to weigh something!! :) You'll get there! You are doing awesome with your workouts and, like Angie said, I'll bet you're putting on muscle! Scales never show the whole picture...it's just a number! Your persistence will pay off, so keep it up, girl! :)
